4-Stage Pressure Telemetry Principle
Primary (1st) → Secondary (2nd): Stage 1 feed-to-reject zone. Pressure loss here signals particulate, colloidal (SDI), or biofouling.
Secondary (2nd) → Tertiary (3rd): Stage 2 interstage zone. Pressure drop indicates intermediate transition scaling or biological slime.
Tertiary (3rd) → Final (4th): Tail brine concentration zone. Spikes in differential pressure or drop in Final (4th) pressure indicate super-saturated mineral precipitation (silica, barium sulfate, calcium carbonate).
