2-Stage Hydraulic Pressure Profiling Principle
Stage 1 (Feed P1 → Interstage P2): Lead membrane hydraulic zone. Pressure loss here signals particulate, colloidal silt (SDI), or biofouling.
Stage 2 (Interstage P2 → Concentrate Pconc): Tail brine concentration zone. Elevating differential pressure here indicates mineral scaling precipitation (calcium carbonate, silica, sulfate).
